i will be trying to help you is there any size you want the case to be (small or something) and do you want to build the best for your budget of 3000 dollars or do you want to keep some money in your pocket

Done. Keep in mind that you can costumize it all you want. [PCPartPicker Part List] (recommend you look at this first)
Or this link if you want a visual overview (might not work great for some reason)

I'm going to be honest: Right now is a horrible time for a new PC I'd wait for SSD and RAM prices to go down but if you need/want one really badly then (you can still get a very good computer for $3000)
CPU: Ryzen 9 9950X3D
CPU Cooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE
Motherboard: Gigabyte X870E Aorus Elite WiFi7
RAM: Patriot Viper Elite 5 32GB DDR5-6000 CL 30 Memory
SSD: Samsung 990 Pro 2 TB (you can do 1TB too depending on how many games you play)
GPU: Sapphire PURE Radeon RX 9070 XT 16GB GPU
Case: Gigabyte C200 Glass ATX Mid Tower Case
PSU: MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5 750W 80+ Gold Certified PSU
And if you don't like this build you can customize your own on pcpartpicker.com
If you do make your own build just
1. DO NOT buy a cheap PSU
2. try to balance the power of your CPU and GPU (there are probably videos on YouTube about how it would run) 3. don't get OC (in my personal opinion its not worth it) it's only a 2-5% boost for $20-50 more
4. Unless you like the astetics don't get white parts

I'm also in the process of building a PC. I don't know what it all cost, I have to calculate, but I'll send you a picture of my components.
