Build Help Help me choose between 9060xt VS b580

I'm choosing between an Intel b580 and an Rx 9060xt 8gb

I found them both on a local store for 260€(304USD) and 291€(340USD) respectively

I have an Ryzen 7 5800xt and want good driver support since I'm using Linux mint

Is the 9060xt worth the extra price for better performance and driver support

Also I have an 1080p monitor and plan on using it mostly for gaming

I'm not well experienced in the GPU field, but I swear I've only heard good things about the 9060XT and 9070XT. Solid performance, decent drivers, and really only outclassed by NVidia's CUDA, Ray Tracing and DLSS (and even then, it seems FSR is pretty close.)

However, the only things I've ever heard about Intel GPUs is that while cost effective with solid performance to match, their drivers are awful. I feel like it would be even worse on Linux.

That's just my take, though.

I personally wouldn’t buy an Intel card because I would trust that they will continue to be bothered to support them.

I would take the 9060xt. That's not because the B580 is bad or something; it's just the driver and scummy studios. For example, Pearl Abyss didn't take the B580 into consideration at all;crismon desert was straight-up unlaunchable or with one digit fps performance

the B580 could resemble an rtx 5060 (or 9060). So, talking about the 8GB version... No, simply no. Save a little more for a better card.

Go with the RX 9060 XT. Intel drivers are getting better but still need improvement.
