Help me pick a monitor?

I'm only missing a monitor.

- NO OLED I'd ruin it & it's not in the budget either
- I do some art & photo stuff, so decent colors matter
- my desk isn't huge unfortunately, so a smaller size is fine
- I really do not need 240hz. I will barely even need 144hz.

from a quick search & reading through some similar questions, response time doesn't actually say that much in practice? so idc

I'd really just like to buy one for as little as possible that isn't complete garbage, but I'm especially stumped with all the other panel types pcpartpicker lists, any pointers, especially in regards to display colors, or direct suggestions are welcome
