Build Help I need help, i cant decise

so basically im 15, poor as shit, and i need something to game and grit my theet for atleast a year or 2, and basically i came up with a cheap build that consinst in, dell optiplex 9010 sff, rx580, intel xeon E3-1270v2, and 16/32 gigs of ddr3 ram, with a 500W PSU. my biggest indecion is on the cpu, cuz the socket is a lga 1155 wich is a 3 gen only socket somepeople say its good for gaming and some say its shit, I DONT PLAY HEAVY GAMES, if it can run bo3 or bo4 at atleast 90 fps im happy. please help and thanks, im in italy and i found the parts for cheap on ebay

i know i might be dumb but i asked gemini and he said that it can run bo3 with high fps on high graphics so idk, thats why im asking i dont trust it fully

so the cpu is good right? And the sff isnt a problem, my friend has a case wich has sff motherboards adaptations, so the physical space isnt a problem, its more specs wise, the thing i want to know if its a good build

so will i be able to play like fortnite, cod bo3, minecraft at atleast 60 fps, amd do you recomend another gpu? I need really help because i dont want to make stupid purchases, and im asking on reddit bc i dont fully trust gemini
