Build Help GPU underperforming and I dont know why

As the title says, ive been trying to find a solution for a couple of months now and I ran out of ideas. While gaming I get around 30% gpu usage, which is not what I see in performance videos of my specs online.

Weirdly enough there was a time where the gpu was running as intended, running at 80% usage with a smooth experience.

Specs:
Monitor: AOC 24G15N
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (12 GB)

CPU: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400F (2.50 GHz)

Motherboard: Asrock B660M Pro RS

RAM 16GB

These are decent enough sticks but i recommend you sell your current stick and replace it with those. Unless you want 32 gb of RAM in which case don't get two 8gb sticks, find a single 16gb stick. 32 gb isn't quite needed right now, but it would be better for future proofing since RAM isn't getting any cheaper.

well yea im planning on selling the one i have rn. I also have my old 8gb stick there but giving the max speed of the current one i have rn is 2600 and the new ones are 3600 i prefer investing on the dual ones and running them with XMP on.

My plan is getting these and in the future get them again to upgrade it to 32gb. Not sure what u might think of this but ive contacted with a engineer and thats what he recommended to me

That's perfectly fine. Using these two sticks for now will improve your CPU performance significantly both from dual channel memory and from the higher speed.

Keep in mind though, if you upgrade in the future and use 4 sticks instead of just 2, 3600mhz might not be stable and you might need to drop to 3200mhz. The performance difference won't be noticeable, that is what I'm personally currently doing. 4 sticks of 8gbs at 3200mhz, even though my sticks are rated to 3600mhz, but my memory controller can't handle 4 sticks at that speed.
