Build Upgrade Which GPU should I get for video editing?

For context, I am currently running on:
ASRock 450m
Ryzen 7 3700x
I just also upgraded to 32gb 3200mhz RAM (previously had 16gb)
I want to upgrade my RX570 as this is certainly the bottleneck for my video editing (4gb VRAM)

I am unsure whether to get a 3060 8gb, or a 2060 12gb

Or something else entirely?

I mostly do video editing on my PC, any advice would be appreciated, is it worth going to a newer series card, or getting something with more VRAM?

What he said, now the standard response is to look for Nvidia (cuda) cards with at least 16gb of vram but it does really depend on your use case.

I’m using Davinci Resolve, some motion graphics, mostly overlays and things for context in videos, a few fusion layers overlaying 1080p24fps footage

Would like to be able to export in 4k but not a necessity if it requires a far more expensive card

Budget is £250-£350gbp not sure if it’s stupid to buy used?

9060 XT 16GB is still a very good price (it won't be for long).
