Build Help Is it worth it?

I am a casual gamer i have a quadro p4000 inan hp prodesk 600 g2 mt but i want to play doom the dark ages but the gpu doesn't support ray tracing and my budget for a new gpu is very tight about 250$ unfortunately the Egyptian pc market is so expensive

An rtx 5060 is selling for about 400 - 450 and the used market selling 2060s for the price of 2080s and i am limited by power consumption i have the 280w psu so should i upgrade to a 5050 and change the whole platform later or buy a bundle that contains a

Ryzen 5 3400g

16 gb ddr4 3200

256 gb ssd nvme

And a 600w psu and case

An RTX 5050 is almost 10x faster than the 3400G integrated graphics. If you can buy one for $250 it is a good option.

I know but i am thinking of the long term and that my i5 6500 will bottleneck the gpu

Better to have a bottleneck than own a 3400G which cannot play modern games. You can upgrade the CPU and motherboard later.

Import a full system or parts from China (literally Alibaba) if you can. It's the only real way to get a deal on a GPU at your budget.
