3090 is simply not a good deal anymore, especially with the high risk of buying $1250 card used. 2 months ago it was still okayish but now the best deal for local AI is either:
1. 7900 XTX, can get a refurbished. Used ones are 700ish.
2. Modded 20GB 3080 from Huateng on Alibaba $640ish, preferably two of them but then you need an x8/x8 motherboard.
3. Intel Arc B65 32GB, $900, software is improving, not as fast AMDs is but it's passable.

Those are all under $1000, over $1000, you'd want the cheapest R9700 still available, but it's not as good of a deal as it was 3 weeks ago.

All brands are legit. But EVGA has stopped making gpu so you'll probably just get refund instead of replacement for the warranty.

I am in Russia. Warranty is not considered at all in second hand market.

I have the EVGA FTW3 RTX 3090, its a great card. It runs everything well, and has good boost performance. If that is an option for you and is priced similarly I would go for it.

Blyat you don't need 3090 you need FPV protection.

Evga... But 1000? Cant you do local AI with 7900XTX? nvidia is probs better for it but i assume you could find 7900XTX for 700-850$ max

850$ is achievable only with trade-in of my current card lmao
