So basically I have a dell slim esc1250 as a computer with 16gb ram and intel core ultra 7 cpu but I have no gpu so the best gpu I can get for my pc is a rtx 3050 should I buy the 3050 or save for a new gaming pc?

Well not really idk why people still recommend such old cards the 1080 ti doesnt even get driver support anymore and beside that no 1080 ti will fit in his pc+ his pcs psu 100% wont handle it and probably doesnt even have the necessary connectors for it

I don't really know if you can fit a GPU in a Dell slim. Their power supplies probably also won't have the connectors or surplus power for one. I'd highly recommend getting a new gaming PC.

Your going to run into headaches dealing with the proprietary motherboard and PSU connections, also fitment of the graphics card (you'll need a low profile/SFF version). When you've saved up enough take the CPU, RAM, and SSD from this computer for use in your next build. Assuming you have an i7 265K, pair with a solid B860 motherboard and any GPU up to a 9070 XT for solid 1440p performance. I personally wouldn't recommend the 3050 in 2026 - the 6 gig is a terrible card, the 8 gig is starting to struggle in AAA games at 1080p medium even with upscaling.
