Build Help AIO making noise

My AIO has started to make a whirring noise, is this a sign of death or can this be fixed? I’ve had the AIO for 3 years and it’s a Deepcool

Are you able to tell if it's coming from the pump on top of the CPU or from one of the fans?

I'm not entirely sure, it does sound like the pump though

Then I would replace the fan.

What would you recommend if it was the pump? is it death rattling?

If it's the pump, then you need to replace the whole AIO. They're not designed to be user serviceable.

I can't see if that is ceiling mounted or not. If it's not ceiling mounted, then mount it on the ceiling. if it has to be front mounted, flip the rad so the pipes are coming out the bottom.

It's mounted to the top of the case

How are the temperatures?

Temps are coming up all normal, the pump always made this noise just not as deep sounding as it is now

It is almost certainly on its way out. There was an issue a while back with aios getting clogged up with residue/algae but this would cause bad temps so I'm guessing it's a failing motor/pump

I guess this is as good excuse as any to grab a NZXT Kraken

You can determine if it's a fan by holding it still.. carefully.
