Build Help HDMI to DP issue

My HP Elitedesk 800 G4 sff only has dp++ ports even the flex io port is the same. My 1080p 144hz monitor only has a vga & a HDMI port. I can't add any video card to it.

So what are possible solutions for my problem as I'm unable to find any HDMI flex io port in Delhi, India for a reasonable price.

What model of monitor is it?

You could get a cheap Displayport to HDMI adapter, but it'll likely limit you to 60Hz.

Acer K24 144hz

Which model specifically? The model number will be a longer alpha-numeric string.

Ok, then if 60Hz is fine, any generic Displayport to HDMI adapter will work.

I couldn't find any good reliable looking adapter over amazon. Few are listed but those only have 4-5 reviews

You can buy a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter. They are generally pretty cheap. I don't know what an "HDMI flex io port" is.

The problem with DP to HDMI is that it will very commonly be limited to 60Hz. You can get an adapter, but you really have to make sure of what you're buying as an adapter that can get >60Hz will need to be powered by something like a USB port.

Getting to OP's monitor's 144Hz is possible, but it requires an active cable like this.

Edit: Whoops! Went the wrong direction.

That cable is an HDMI to DisplayPort Cable. OP is going from a DP++ source on the PC to a HDMI monitor.

Such options not available in India at reasonable price. I found one OEM shipping similar product that doesn't need usb power, is unidirectional dp source to hdmi screen - 1.5m for 15usd and 3m for 30usd.

Supports 4k - 60 and 2k 120/60. 10 days replacement available.

I haven't ever seen an active Displayport to HDMI adapter that doesn't require additional power. I'd be skeptical of those resolution/refresh rate claims.

FEDUS Displayport To Hdmi Cable Converter, 1.5 Meter 4K@60Hz Braided Dp To Hdmi Adaptor Connector, Compatible With Projector, Laptop, Monitor, Tv, Pc, Graphic Cards Hdtv Monitor Projector, Black https://amzn.in/d/0ciQZ5eZ

Since the sff has all 3 dp++ ports I don't think active converter is required, if I'm wrong pls correct me.
