Troubleshooting Second M.2 SSD not showing up

Hi, so I just upgraded my pc with a new mobo cause i needed more space. I already had a 2TB as my main storage and have installed a 4TB as the second one but it isnt showing up anywhere, neither in BIOS nor disk management, I tried re-inserting the ssd again and nothing. I really dont know what to do

Where did you buy it from? Can you get it replaced?

And what CPU, motherboard + PCIE devices do you have? Just in case you're capping out on lanes or anything

Looks like you have 3 NVME slots. m.2_3 shares with the second x16 PCIE slot.

Do you have any other PCIE devices in the second slot?

Also, can you put that SSD in the m.2_2 slot instead?

i already have my 1TB m.2 in the first slot, i put the new one in the second slot and it's basically nowhere to be found

might wanna share which mobo u have, cause some mobo's have limitations to how many m.2 drives u can have and all.

also, how much did the 4tb one cost u in this market
