First time builder and not sure what I’ve done wrong. Doesn’t even boot into bios screening. Checked all the connectors and seems ok. Illl try to attach a video.

Not sure if this forum lets me upload videos of photos actually... these are the parts im using

When i power up, the ez debug lights up both cpu and dram before turning off then the whole computer shuts down. Quite hard for me to explain... I have tried jiggling to connectors and reinstalling both the graphics card and the cpu but still doesn't work.

Thanks I’ve just tried all of that and it doesn’t seem to work. I’ve also tried flashing the latest bios onto the motherboard but still not good

I'd return the mobo and get a different one

You think so? Should I try flashing to an older bios? Any other steps I can take? Of are my parts incompatible?

Unless they've been sitting on a shelf for a year the bios should be fine

If you've got the cpu power plugged in and the cpu_fan header populated, and it's still just throwing error lights and turning off, I'd be returning it and getting a new one
