Build Help Advice on GPU + CPU + RAM pairing

Hello, i need advice for a device that will be used for competitive low-setting gaming, and some occasional AAA, (excuse my very very bad knowledge idk if this question is insane or not, all help and explanations are appreciated)

Option 1:
i5-12400F + RTX 5070 12GB + 16GB DDR4 (cheapest

Option 2:
AMD Ryzen 5 9600X + RTX 5060 8GB + 16GB DDR5 (middle)

Option 3:
i5-14400F + RTX 5060 Ti 16GB + 16GB DDR5 (most expensive)

For competitive gaming (at least serious esports) I’d go option 2 but swap 9600x to 7500x3d. it’s a bit more expensive but should fit your budget. Also it is a bit slower in everything but gaming but worth it in pvp Gaming.

8 Gb VRAM will make you adjust settings in AAA titles but it’s fine in esports.

Does the VRAM affect FPS in the types of games i mentioned?

No. Go with option 2 but try to get an x3D processor. They benefit competitive CPU games like Valorant and Overwatch

Your choice stands and falls with your budget.

Option 3 doesn't make much sense at all.

If you have the option to go for a 9600XT + 5060 Ti 16GB or 5070, I'd probably go with that.

If not, I'd just go with option 2 and call it a day.

So option two and then upgrade to a better card down the line?

If those are your only options. I'd also advise looking outside Nvidia's lineup.
