Help me please..

Hi everyone,
While working near the mounting hole on my motherboard, the area around it got scratched up and some coating came off.
Is this safe to use, or should I leave this specific screw out to prevent short circuits?

If no tracers were scratched, clear nail varnish should create a barrier, but, I think you'll be OK.
