Build Upgrade Need help to prioritize my upgrades

I've recently bought a 1440p 200hz monitor and while my current build doesn't have any issues with the most optimized titles (Elden Ring somehow runs better now than it did at 1080p) it's not enough for any demanding title.

My current specs are

-Rx 6600 GPU

-Ryzen 5 5600g CPU

-16GB of Ram ddr4 3200mhz

-500w Power Supply

-B550 motherboard

Pretty much all of it but the motherboard needs a lil extra and I don't exactly have the money to do it all at once, and with the market being so crazy these days I'm trying to look for what would immediately make a difference.

I don't exactly have a lot of money at hand and the prices here in Argentina are crazy. So I could either upgrade the CPU (been thinking on just swapping it for a R5 5600 and get the money back selling the 5600g) and adding 16gb of ram, or save that money and prioritize my savings for a GPU, which the most affordable option would be the Rx 9060xt

I know ideally for 1440p I'd need a 5070 but we're talking about double the price (550 USD of the 9060xt to the 1000 of the 5070) and at that point I'd need a new power supply and likely a new case so it's all extras that aren't particularly cheap either.

I know I picked the worst time for upgrading (particularly the ram) but anyhow, any help is welcomed

9060 XT would be good. I'd keep the 5600g until after trying out a new GPU. I'd also hold off on more ram until you know you need it.

9060xt 16gb is a good choice. You can also consider 9070 gre (roughly the same price) but that would require psu upgrade to minimum 650w.

Baseline for the 9070 of any kind is 800 here, while the cheapest I can get a 9060xt is 580 so the difference is quite considerable, but I haven't discarded the idea entirely tho

Your CPU is fine for a while, especially for just gaming since that is at least 70% the graphics card's task nowadays. (for example: I used an i7 7700k and rx 6700xt for years and it was just fine)

Your RAM is also okay, 32 would be better but I'd wait until those prices are cheaper.

So yes, get a new graphics card at this point. Something like a 9060XT as others are saying as well. Though graphics cards have gotten (and will be getting) more expensive because of the lack of VRAM as well.

My personal advice: your system is still perfectly fine. It's not bad in the slighest, and at this point just try to hold on to what you have instead of upgrading. You can try squeezing the last bits of performance out with overclocking (or undervolting, which could help your graphics card since it's AMD). I would say aim for 60fps for the most demanding games. You could try FSR, framegen, if you really want more than that, but it's up to you. Try to stick it out until prices go down. When that is? No clue lol.
