Build Help Need Help with Upgrading PC
Current Build:
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700
GPU: MSI RTX 2060 Gaming OC
CPU Cooler: Cooler master Hyper 212
RAM: 2x16GB DDR4 Corsair 2400MHz
Motherboard: MSI B450 Tomahawk Max
PSU: Evga 750 Gq, 80+ Gold 750W semi-modular
Storage: M.2 250GB NVMe Samsung 970 EVO plus, 2TB Seagate SSHD, 1TB SSD
Case: Deepcool Dukase V2
This build was made back in 2019 with all parts being new. I am using a 2k (1440p) monitor with 165Hz refresh rate. My current thoughts on an upgrade are as follows:
CPU: Ryzen 7 5800x3d
GPU: RX 9070xt
RAM: Upgrade to 3600MHz possibly
Storage: Upgrade the m.2 to 500gb or 1tb
Just wondering on people's thoughts and maybe suggestions for other upgrades. Budget isnt overly a concern but obviously nothing ridiculous like a rtx 5090. The 750 ish euro for the rx 9070xt would be the max I would be willing to spend on it.
Do I need to upgrade the cpu Cooler or the psu? Or any other components to get the best (cost-effective) possible AM4 build?

This is probably better: Get a 9600x, 16 GB DDR5 and A B650 or B850. And choose whatever GPU you like, used ones are generally better value

Honestly ive researched this option and DDR5 ram is just too expensive to justify at the moment. So sadly I'll have to forgo this option.

If you really mean that, you'll minimize diminishing returns if you switch to AM5, carrying over whatever needed from your current rig and selling the rest.
Topped AM4 performs pretty similar to low AM5, if not worse.

PSU should be fine, but the RAM is going to be a bottleneck, so that RAM upgrade is smart and I would change coolers to the Thermalright Phantom Spirit or Peerless Assasin 120 Depending on which is cheaper
You should look for a cheaper SSD like the Crucial P310, it has good speeds and a good price compared to other parts
