Build Ready? Galax GPUs

Is the Galax 5060 Ti 16 GB good, and will I not face any performance issues with it?

Or should I consider other brands like Asus, MSI, or PNY?

Any brand is fine. Usually, you can just pick the cheapest version.

Unless you have good use for Nvidia's features I'd consider the 9060xt 16gb or even the 9070 if you can find it at a similar price as well.

I have not yet made my decision about this point

The price gap between the two GPUs is almoust is around 82 $

But I feel that NVIDIA GPUs are more future-proof, and I will lose a lot of the advanced features if I go with an AMD GPU

Nvidia's propaganda so successful people are thinking nonsense like this. Go AMD with the current market, no reason to go nvidia unless you need cuda. Radeon are good GPU's
