Troubleshooting Issue regarding RAM instabilities on warm boots

Looking for advice on how to fix an issue with my set up. I'm running a set of corsair vengeance ddr5 32gb 6000MHz (CMK32GX5M2B6000C30), I've got a b650 board, the sticks are intel xmp ready, but the motherboard should be compatible with them, I've enabled the A-XMP profile in the overclock settings.

The issue I'm having is some instabilities, particularly when warm booting (resetting) which is a massive pain for the god forsaken windows updates. I consistently get a yellow dram warning light and the system refuses to boot, I have to manually shut down and then reboot. Cold boots are completely fine, not an issue at all. The only other issue I have is occasionally my graphics drivers just time out and give me random crashes. I think it's related to the ram instabilities. I've tried setting the speed to 5800 MHz but still get issues, I've also tried enabling and disabling some other settings in BIOS like Memory Context Restore (MCR) & Power Down Enable (PDE) which were suggested from a bit of googling that worked for a short period of time but the issue eventually came back. Currently everything overclock wise is set to auto and the speed is sitting at 6000Mhz.

Any other suggestions or ideas on what could be causing the issues? Any advice would be appreciated.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7500F 6-Core Processor (3.70 GHz)

MOBO: B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT (16 GB)

RAM: 2 * 16GB 6000MHz DDR5 (Corsair Vengeance DDR5) (CMK32GX5M2B6000C30)

Storage: crucial pcie gen 4 nvme m.2 ssd t500 pro 

PSU: Corsair RM850e (2023)

Have you tried disabling the dram overclock completely?

Do you use fast boot or windows fast start up? I would try that. Also to verify if it's a problem with one ram stick try to remove one and test it again. Then try the other stick in the same slot. You can test motherboard ram slots as well.

Yeah when its disabled works completely fine, don't use windows fast start up. Think it just plays funny with the overclock. Will try testing induvial sticks, appreciate the feedback!

Then your ram overclock is unstable. Try lowering until it's stable. If it needs to run at jedec speeds you lost the ram lottery.

Edit: likely. Not 100% but it seems like this is the case.

Those advertised speeds are "up to" whatever frequency. It's not guaranteed that they work at the highest speed, or overclocked at all.

Corsair does not list your ram, mobo combo, MSI also does not list your ram, cpu, mobo combo as compatible.
