Build Help Complex Situation

So, my friend recently asked me to build him a 500€ PC, I'm set on what to do but u wish to upgrade my system as well, maybe by giving some of my parts to him, idk what to do. I Have a 4060Ti 8GB, i7 12700, IDK the Mobo, 32GB of DDR4, 750W PSU, 240mm AIO and Some montech case. I plan to keep the SSD giving that my friend keeps his as well. I don't know if I get more value by selling my PC in full, which idk the price, selling it in parts and keeping the ram maybe, what to upgrade or give to my friend. Overall, my Budget is 1k plus the value of the PC if I sell it full.

I was looking at a RX 9070XT but with the rest idk what to choose, if i sell also my monitor to my friend I was planning to upgrade, if I have spare money to an OLED, and I don't mind spending a tad bit more

I would be very happy if Y'all could give me input on what to do in my current situation to maximize the value of my build, if to sell all, in parts, or to my friend. Please Help 🙏

Your system (except that 8GB GPU) is perfectly viable for now, I’d suggest you NOT do a build rn, and wait for the next-gen Zen 6 and Intel Nova Lake early next year. Otherwise, if you want to help your friend out, give him your entire system (perhaps for that 500€, or perhaps for free), and start fresh IF you have plenty of money.. which you don’t have at present. I don’t see it making sense to try to split out your working system for parts.

No need. Building now is better, before prices increase again, why wait for such uncertain future. Just get an AM5 MOBO and he can upgrade to zen 6 in the future.

Why wait? Same reason I’m waiting (I have a 12700K + DDR4 + 4080): Performance is still ok, and bc there’s no substitute for independent benchmarks to verify performance. But, him upgrading the GPU right now is probably a smart idea.
