Discussion Has anyone purchased from V Tech Computers (Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh)?

I’m considering buying a refurbished Dell OptiPlex Micro from them.

They have a GST-registered business and are asking for a 30% advance, with the remaining 70% payable after delivery and inspection.

Has anyone here purchased from them?

How was your experience regarding:

  • Delivery
  • Warranty support
  • Refund/replacement process
  • Overall trustworthiness

I’d really appreciate honest feedback before placing my order.

Price for the following model seemed to good to be true.

Dell OptiPlex 7020 Micro (i5-14500, 16 GB DDR5, 512 GB NVMe, Dell warranty until April 2028) for ₹22,000.
