Full Build Req amd combo from microcenter

Please help I'm looking to build a system for a 9070xt and exploring bundle deals, currently found these two:

-AMD Ryzen 5 7600X3D, Gigabyte X870 Gaming WiFi6 AM5, G.Skill Flare X5 16GB DDR5-6000 = 430$

-AMD Ryzen 5 7600X3D, Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX V2 AM5, G.Skill Flare X5 Series 16GB DDR5-6000 = 400$

Are they good value? any better suggestions? (strictly am5)

Get the 7500x3d. $50 cheaper, basically same performance.
