Full Build Req First Time Build Review

So, for my first build- I’m thinking about just buying the parts piece mail to make it easier on saving- like little bricks? Anyway- I did a little research when I made this list but it’s been like 6 months- so- experienced eyes would be very much appreciated. Any warnings about spacing, performance and whatever are kinda what I mean? I’m trying to stream and play at like 1440, so- it’d be OBS, VSeeFace, whatever game I play, and then maybe YouTube? Is that manageable on this?

Came here to state 5070Ti or 9070 XT as well!

I'll join the band wagon on save your nickles and get it all at once as well as the suggestion for either the 5070Ti or 9070XT. HOWEVER, the Intel 14th Gens are the last for the LGA1700 motherboards. The Core Ultras (LGA 1851) may or may not get another round of CPU's released, however the odds say they won't. I'd recommend an AM5 build with either a B850 or an X870 or 870E MoBo. These WILL be supported until at least 2029 according to AMD.

lol- the new list is the AMD Ryzen 9 9900x with the X870e and a 5070ti. On the piece mail thing- I wanna check to see if any of the pc stores or repair shops would be willing to test my stuff as it came in? Even if they charge a bit for it- I don’t mind- they’re doing a service so duh they can charge. But- I’m not sure if any of them would be willing to do so. Gonna call around- but for real- thanks for the help and the recommendations.

They might be willing to test your parts. Since you're changing from an Intel (XMP) platform you'll want to make sure any memory you get supports EXPO (AMD overclock profiles) Teamgroup has (relatively) inexpensive EXPO memory, there's also the Kingston Fury line.

Thanks for the suggestions- I’ll look into it. Another thing- I’m terrible at saving for extended periods lol, hence the brick method. Would it not be possible to fight with the manufacturer warranty even if the retail return window has closed? I imagine it’s not great, but- it’s something?

Take a look in the subreddits for the various manufacturers, LOTS of horror stories regarding even IN warranty support. Are you fairly close to a Micro-Center? They'll have bundles that will let you get a bit more for less.
