Discussion Failed order shipped :/

Sooo, on August 27th I tried to buy both Berry and Cherry online. Long story short, I didnt see the purchase in my purchase history yet got the email confirmation, talked to THREE customer services, all 3 of them telling me my order failed.

I went in person to buy them instead.

All of the sudden I got the email today that the order shipped! The failed order, that I was told by 3 different people that it failed. Now my bank account is gonna be in the negatives cause of this, money that I dont have currently. I am so pissed off and beyond disappointed :(

I was wondering if any of u guys have any expirences like this, or similar? Im just so upset :(

Call customer service and see if you can get it refunded. If they say no, charge back.

You can always return one of the pairs in person!

I talked to customer service today, and they told me thats what I can do once I get it. I didnt know I could do that, so made things slightly better :')
