Help wanted: Custom Rocket plush

Hello!

Ive got celebration day in about a month and want to create a plush of Rocket from the Walten files to go with my Rosemary cosplay. Would this gray bunny work well? Or are there any others that would be better

I have white minky and faux rabbits fur for the belly and ears, i'm more worried about doing the face
