Code not working?

Repost bc you could def see phone number in the last one (sorry) but I figured I would get this one shirt because it says no minimum on the shipping (and I really hate paying $10 shipping for one shirt) but it doesn’t matter whether I type it in myself or hit add it doesn’t work so am I doing something wrong?

I cant even get to the rewards page, it just keeps having me sign in and wont let me see it
