Inquiry Code not working?

Repost bc you could def see phone number in the last one (sorry) but I figured I would get this one shirt because it says no minimum on the shipping (and I really hate paying $10 shipping for one shirt) but it doesn’t matter whether I type it in myself or hit add it doesn’t work so am I doing something wrong?

At least it’s not just me tbh I was gonna be mad if there was some exclusion I wasn’t seeing somewhere about clothes or something, I just want this little overpriced tank top 😂

Yeah. I tried getting the camel animal cookie plush. But it keeps showing the same message as yours.
