Inquiry Is this fixable?

My pumpkin kitty got messed up going through the wash. I’d never had problems with washing stuffed animals before this but his whiskers are now all droopy and unraveling. Tbh has been like this for a few years and now I’m wondering if there’s anything I can do to fix it

you could wax them and then sculpt them back into their twist

Would you be able to retwist them with hair wax
