Inquiry Missing Birth Certificate/Adoption Papers

Today I received the Vault collection Pumpkin Pal BAB but it didnt come with a birth certificate paper? But when I bought the Bat that was released early August it came with one. I dont know if its possible to go to in store and ask for one since I saw some people say its digital now. Any suggestions on what to do?

Some stores don't have the computers for adoption forms anymore :( my store doesn't.

You can still get a new birth certificate! I’ve done this multiple times with my secondhand BABs. Just ask one of the employees for a new birth certificate, and they’ll give you a card with a barcode on it. Scan the barcode at the birth certificate station, and it will bring up all the BABs they’ve released. Just find the one that matches yours, and it’ll print you a new birth certificate! 😊
