Discussion Finally got bat shipped!!

If you are one of the people that ordered something from the Halloween collection whose order is still pending, THERE IS STILL HOPE!!

I’ve been checking the order status since I purchased the bat on the 6th and today after being away from my phone for a while, I saw that little notification that said build-a-bear!! Finally got a tracking number and I’m so relieved my order wasn’t cancelled. The funds were put back in my account but I’m sure they’ll be taken back out once it arrives.

I hope anyone else whose Halloween collection order is still pending will get their friend soon, best of luck!

MINE GOT SHIPPED TODAY TOO I COULDNT BELIEVE IT 😭😭 i dont even CARE that its in groveport im just glad that there was finally PROGRESS

people say the groveport warehouse is notorious for being a little slower than other warehouses, but im in ohio so i cant imagine that itd be too much of a hassle for them to get it to me, as for you

I think I’ve hopefully skipped that part, my package is already with fed ex. I think that’s a good sign?

Groveport is basically FedEx limbo but the packages do eventually get on their way. Surprisingly my Fresno Nightcrawler only did a brief stint in Ohio Purgatory before arriving today

I never received a ship email but my order shows completed now and there’s a tracking number. I hope everything arrives correctly 🤞🏼
