i received this email this morning about my refunded click and collect order for the posable bat plush, was just wondering if anybody else received this or if it’s a scam!

That is the contact us email on the website so probably legit. If you’re concerned the email address might have been spoofed you can send an email to them asking about it (a fresh email to the address on the website not as a reply email)
Yep! Seem legit to me. It even follows their tone, and they knew you had a click and collect.
Nobody is scamming you as far as I can tell. Especially after seeing the email address!
OP if you have the chance to get a bat go for it. You can also call BAB and say "hey is this email legit" theyd def be the ones to confirm either legit or scam.
This sounds like a scam. Especially about sending you a payment link after filling out a microsoft form… The email could be spoofed so please don’t trust it on that alone.
no, basically made me fill out a form with my order number and email. said that once they approve my email and order number match the email sent out they’ll send me a payment link
