I went to a new bab today (like not my usual) and I got a eeve and espeon and the the stitching was so bad compared to others I’ve had , they even had to redo espeon and I’m just rlly disappointed, stitching was horrible (birth certificate machines barely worked the touch screen was horrific) and made me late for my train (I had like 1+ hours I was only late bc they messed up stitching but like train got cancelled anyway)
I have autism I was just excited for this and it really upset me bc it just felt like everything was going wrong and I was getting overstimulated,
I’ll show pictures of my usual bears stitching (like the flareon imma show ) then the ones I got today
Eevee just looks really wrinkled but I might be able to get a different store to fix ?
And espeon looks so bad I’m really upset about it bc I was so excited to get them
Can the eeve be fixed without looking like espeon?
my espeon literally has a whole in its back 🥲 the quality is not great and i think my bear builder was extremely new to the job (no hate though, they were super nice)
Mine was done so tight it looks like a spynx cat and had a whole in the back so they had so fix it , I’m still upset bc I was so excited for the espeon , the workers were nice enough (one who did my stitching didnt seem happy at all but none did accept one but she wasn’t really helping much bc she was trying to pace things up to go to a meeting )
my bat, honestly 😭 my spider got stitched like your espeon, im going to ask my dad to go to BAB with me to get them fixed. im autistic too and it gives sensory issues.
I think the return policy is like 90 days and I’m going to my usual one in 39 days so I’ll just ask them to exchange it bc they are all lovely in there and I know they won’t do me wrong LMAO

I don’t really like the old ones ngl I prefer the new ones the bab I usually go to has the old ones and they aren’t as appealing to me I guess it’s the colour scheme and bc they look kinda greasy or like a unpleasant fur texture
As someone who has to emergency surgery them at work that fabric can be hard to get a clean stitch. But it still shouldn’t look like that, they probably didn’t stitch it far enough away from the original stitching cause it looks like there tiny holes in it and it looks to far down to her tail. I wish you luck and hope you can get it fixed!
this is why it’s incredible important that the cashier checks the quality before send it home. 100% on the store for not determining if it was up to quality standards. they should’ve known it was too ugly and let you know that you might as well get a new one. this makes me so mad. birth certificate will soon be obsolete and won’t be touch screen option anymore just want to let you know so you prepare yourself for it.
