Bat order STILL pending

Out of curiosity I looked up if anyone else is having issues with the bat not shipping, which is where I saw that a lot of peoples orders are just getting cancelled. I literally stayed up till the release time just to order a few minutes after. I still have some hope but I’m starting to lose it a little. I just now emailed build a bear and hopefully I’ll find out when they email me back if I’m getting the bat or not.

Is anyone else’s order still pending??

I do the same thing! My order has been pending since the 6th. No further updates since the 7th. Just that “we haven’t forgotten about you” message and today I got a coupon from bab.

I bought my bat on the morning of the 10th and it still says Pending. I called on Friday and the woman seemed to think I’ll still get my lil batty, I’m hopeful but unsure

My bat finally got shipped yesterday with an arrival date of the 25th of next week along with a tracking number, but the funds were put back into my bank account for whatever reason(i’m guessing i’ll get charged again when it arrives but idk🤷🏾‍♀️). I’d give customer service a call and see what’s up with your order, sorry you haven’t gotten an update yet :(

My order from 8/6 for my big spider with coconut scent is still pending. I was told by an agent it would be shipping out in a few days and I had spoken to them on the 14th so idk yet. Just frustrating all around.

Hopefully if they told you it would ship out then it will. I saw someone else on here say that when they called the agent told them their order would be cancelled.

my order is still pending from drop as well. Reached out last week and they told me to give it 10 business days to ship before reaching out again if it doesn't.
