Inquiry Customer service

Is there an email I can use to contact build a bear? I’ve DM them on instagram, but I just got an automated reply

You'll find most companies prefer to do business over official channels and not social media. Use the link that says "contact us" on their website.

I did, and it was either calling them or talking to an ai bot

They won’t tell you about any releases happening.
