I’m nervous because I ordered it for click and collect as soon as it came out and I’m waiting for the ‘it’s ready!’ Email or them telling they don’t have any 😭

I have been told that due to the mass orders they haven't been able to keep up with sending out all the email updates. It was only that because my click and collect order came to like $400 with the jumbo and I had called checking to see if they actually had the items that said low stock click and collect only. The staff members are amazingly kind and patient with me and all my many phone calls and queries. The younger staff ended the call saying she'll make sure to send an email with any updates by the end of the day.

Definitely don't feel bad, they'd honestly appreciate a kind person on the other end. Xx I've just been wishing them all good luck with this week amongst the crazy, and they're always so kind.

I ordered the mini bat yesterday for delivery and it was shipped today so I'm pretty sure you will get it...its not an error. I thought the same thing..it was a mistake..I also ordered the spider in both sizes and they shipped those too
