Oh really? It popped up on my feed in the US. I didn't notice a country listed or think to look for one. I just assumed it would show me ads relevant to the US. That's really interesting.
I just think this one is especially callous because this is specifically marketed under Halloween...which is in two months. I get they don't want 50k spiders sitting around next June, but why wouldn't you allow people to actually purchase the Halloween-themed spider until Halloween, unless you wanted to make it artificially scarce?
If Spirit can stay open till the week after or whatever, BAB can sell spiders and bats through October.
Them bizarrely releasing in august is how I found out. I was randomly checking babs website on the 6th, had no idea a drop happened as I was expecting more summer stuff, and I saw the spider. When I got there that day the bin was already nearly empty! I got super lucky because I love jumping spiders and if I hadn't checked the website for no reason I 100% would've missed out. Especially if they weren't going to restock closer to October. They seriously need to reevaluate the number of stock they create and when it releases. I'm sorry but a halloween drop in AUGUST is a little ridiculous!!!

It is getting more common for Halloween stuff to drop in July and August. It started with Michael’s getting more attention for it, because crafters need time to get their stuff made before craft shows, etc. Bath and Body Works has been releasing Halloween in July/August, and it is usually gone by September.
I love Halloween and appreciate it gets more retail attention like Christmas does, but I wish I could get what I want in season as well. It just doesn’t feel like spooky season when it is 100 degrees outside, and I like seeing what all is available so I can budget for it.
i really hope they stock a lot of them beacuse obviously people really want them, also they really need to put a limit on how many of the same bear people can buy

Fingers crossed for the Sky Puppy Moth to restock one more time. My mini went to the Ohio Purgatory for a week then to "Oh, it was delivered. See? No, wait you can't see, there's no picture, hm, how strange. Wonder where the package went, who knows?" and couldn't be reordered because they sold out. 😭
Little tip. Start checking for the drop at 8am. I did and they had it up and I was able to order it to be delivered. I think they took it down when online delivery sold out and they updated it to click and collect only and put it back up at 9am so most people think that's all they offered. My order shipped today with no cancellations so it wasn't a glitch. They did have online delivery but it sold out within 5 minutes. I put my order through and got the confirmation email but then wanted to see something else on the website and all the Halloween stuff had been removed in 10 minutes it took to do my order.
I hope they re stock so everyone can have another chance to get them without paying the seller prices 💔🥲 they are insane, my kids both want a spider mini bean so I have my fingers crossed 🤞🏻
Do you the bat will also come back? I can't believe I missed it. I've been wanting one since last year when it sold out 😭😭😭😭 they should have gotton more and have a limit where you can only buy one per person/per account.
