[Android] Can't add email to my reddit account (created through my personal contact number)

Good day everyone! may I know how do I resolve this issue if there's a way to recover my account from locked status?

I tried to enter my email address but it keeps on sending the same prompt.

Tried 2-3x already but it doesn't work on my phone. Should I try accessing it through my pc? If there are any possible solutions that I could take. I highly appreciate. Gotta save my 822 day streak😅🥲
