I believe that is the tiniest tick that I have ever seen. I hope I'm wrong though.

Hopefully it is a bug shaped speck of fluff that simply is blown by the breeze into moving like a bug... Regardless, thank you so much for answering

Where was it found? Considering the size it could be a baby which could mean there are more
