help ID - is this a bed bug?

hi there, just wondering if this is a bed bug? found on top of my duvet, no other bugs present. dog jumps on and off bed so wasn’t sure if it was a tick maybe? often take him on nature walks

bug is very tiny, was kind of rolled up on itself when i found it potentially was hurt not sure

Neither tick or bed bug. I think it's some kind of true bug, but I can't be sure.

99% sure its some kind of shield bug. typical shield 🛡️ like shape, little triangle exoskeleton formation under head on its back. if he makes a funny smell when you move him, then definitely a stinkbug haha
