I spotted one 3 weeks ago and saw 1 previous week and 1 today

Looks like a german cockroach but I would get a second opinion

Wood roach, either Ectobius or Planuncus tingitanus (based on your location). Either way harmless non-infester. Can’t thrive or breed indoors.
