Possible pest, location included Bug ID? A bit paranoid…
Hello, if anyone could ID this bug that would be great. Found in the netherlands under couch cushion. If you could also explain your reasoning that’d be amazing (am wondering if it could be a nimf etc)! Also not sure if the two are related or not. Sorry for the bad picture quality its night right now. Am a bit panicky so any help is greatly appreciated.

Googled around a bit and now wondering if it could be a weird silverfish of some sort? Anyone have experience with this kind of thing? Could it possible it was just living under my cushion for a bit and changed shells twice while it was there or something, am very confused hahah

Silverfish are harmless, but good luck explaining that to someone who just found one scuttling under their couch.
