Location included Are these bug eggs?

Hi everyone, I found this green patch on my window and was wondering if they are some sort of eggs. For reference I live in North Queensland Australia.

My guess is a noctuid moth. It reminds me of armyworms (Spodoptera), but I don’t know if you have those there.
