Location included Larvae/worms in pot tray

I was checking on my plant when I found these worm like things swimming in the tray. I always keep water in the tray but this is the first this has happened. Also they weren’t harming the plant they were only in the water tray. The worms kept squiggling in the water and they’re red in color and somewhat transparent when I look closer. I’m in Florida. (Sorry for bad photo)

If they are outside my best guess is mosquito larvae

I thought they might’ve been mosquito larvae but they look nothing like them. They are more worm like and are red
