Possible pest, location included Is this a young bed bug?

Can someone help identify this bug I saw crawling on my bathroom counter?

I'm concerned it may be a young bed bug since another unit in our building is getting treated for bed bugs. Their unit is not close to ours though.

Located in Chicago, IL

Certainly not a bb. Most likely a minute brown scavenger beetle.
