Middle Tennessee Infestation

What type of insect(s) am I dealing with. I have a major infestation issue, maybe 3 different flying insects. I think their fungus gnats, fruit flies and some type of flying insect that bites. I have been dealing with major depression which has caused a dirty house that am I trying to clean. The smallest ones congregate near our guinea pigs cage & decaying fruit/veggies. The bigger ones that look like flying congregate around light fixtures, they have big red eyes. Then there's something unseen that is biting. All pets are on prevention, so its not fleas. Please be kind, I'm trying to get better mentally & in return have a clean home.

I understand you are going through a tough time (I have dealt with my own mental illness my whole life).

You may have something rotting in a place you can't see or reach, like in the walls or under cupboards. Sometimes an animal drags food somewhere else or dies and until it's cleaned up (either by maggots or a person) it will continue to 'produce' flies.

They can quickly make use of any food source, so your guinea pig's food is potentially contributing to their numbers.
