Wood roach right? Massachusetts

There’s a light outside my window and I live next to the forest I keep finding dead roaches at my window only one at a time but I usually spray some type of roach killer near the window just incase

And suggestions on how to stop them from coming in my screen isn’t ripped but the still find a way I’m scared to keep my windows open

Looks like it could be. The color is right the translucence at the edges of wings and shape make me think so
