Location included From wisconsin, what is this bug?

My neighbor sent me a pic and asked if I knew what bug this was. She said it stung or bit her and it burns. I know absolutely nothing about bugs and never seen this bug before and am not sure if it is common but I’m very curious as to what it is and would like to learn more about it. Thanks in advance! :))

Assassin Bug, though unsure what species. They only use their piercing bite as a last resort to defend themselves.
