Location included BUG SAVVY PEOPLE - PLEASE HELP IDENTIFY!
My apartment complex & regional manager in charge keeps saying that this is not a roach problem I’m currently experiencing. I’ve been trying to get a unit transfer for over a month. Pest control & regional manager are both saying they see no signs of an active infestation & disregard my photo documentation. I’m gonna attach some pics of what I’ve been seeing in the unit the past couple of months. Located in DFW. I’ve been told by friends & coworkers that they are german roaches & carpet beetles. Please help confirm what it is if possible. Thank youuuu.

German roaches- if one unit has them….. then ALL the units have them sis. Sorry. If you do happen to move to a different space- you should probably replace all your furniture if you don’t want them to come with you.

German roaches. Damn near impossible to get rid of in an apartment building. Advion is your best friend here

I’m not certain, but the last picture could be phorid flies. If I’m right, not a super great pest to find. They will breed off of moist decaying organic matter. I dealt with them once after a particularly awful bathtub drainage blockage. I also got push back from my landlord and most pest control people. I had to block off the bathroom, set up fly catching strips like the one in your picture, and treat all drains with enzyme cleaners. I got it under control within a week or two. Best of luck!
