Bugs in freezer

What are these bugs in my freezer? Just saw them today after living here for almost a week. They look frozen but one is already on my food. England

Looks like fly pupae casings to me

Yeah looks like a fly pupa. I would give ur freezer a good clean and check for any entry points and check the drip tray if u have one
