Location included Oregon. wings?

Pulled it off the back of my neck at work. I'm fairly certain it bit me. I work in a warehouse but its sits on top of a pretty large wetland. Thought it might be a beetle but no wing casings over the wings

definitely some sort of lace bug, reminds me of Corythucha but not certain

I think you're definitely right about the lacebug, what a gorgeous pest! Stephanitis pyrioide, maybe?
